First Aid Officer Contact List (XLS 41kb)
First Aid Officers have volunteered to be nominated by their Head of School or Manager to provide First Aid assistance to students and staff, or have a requirement for First Aid qualifications in their position description. They will have access to a First Aid Kit.
In a life threatening emergency it is vital that an ambulance be called using 000 (Dial 0 first if calling from an internal telephone) and that security be notified on Ext 7777 that an ambulance has been called.
First Aid Officers are able to provide assistance until medical assistance arrives.
During the day, the Health Service on the Nathan and Gold Coast campuses has medical practitioners and clinical nurses available to provide assistance.
